Feature Requests

I think one feature that would boost this tool heavily would be the ability to add custom action buttons to say the contact details screen where we could trigger workflows (or even input fields that then trigger workflows) from the contacts screen.

I cant seem to make bullets, numbered lists or line breaks work

When asking for values for custom values, it would be good if we could force the user to choose from fixed values. We use custom values in AI prompts and as an example, a value we use is: AI DISCLOSURE - and we want to have this updated with the clients preference. Because it is in the prompt it is important that it is written correctly for the prompt to work properly. If the client has freedom to write what they interpret it may not work in the prompt.
