Overhauled the entire UI to now include a New Custom Field button that steps through in a wizard style interface showing you exactly what to do for different data types.
Now supporting those more complex data types, like drop down with single select, drop down with multi-select, radio, date picker (with a default date value from a picker itself) and signature data types.
